ALL ABOUT
My Journey
A former geophysics engineer and lifelong sports enthusiast, I retrained as a yoga teacher in 2021.
My journey with yoga began at the age of 8, resurfaced in 2016, and became a true calling in 2020 — the moment I chose to dedicate myself fully to teaching.
In September 2021, I left a secure permanent position to embrace the adventure of entrepreneurship and yoga.
After teaching group and private classes in Zanzibar and at Alpha studios in Courcelles and Boulogne (France), I opened my own studio in Congo, where I supported over 130 students weekly for two years.
Today, I teach in England, in studios, private sessions and corporate settings.
As travel is an integral part of my life, I created an online platform so my students, and people wherever they are in the world, can continue practising with me.
Why “Fauve”?
It’s the name I almost received at birth. Although my parents chose Gabrielle at the last moment, “Fauve” remained — a subtle nod to my personality.
My Classes and My Studio
Over the years, I’ve taught all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners, in group and private settings.
My teaching is creative, intuitive and attentive, designed to help you better understand your body, your movement and the deeper benefits of yoga.
I work with adults, pregnant and post-partum women, children and corporate clients.
All classes are accessible, with variations adapted to your body and your rhythm.
Each practice blends:
functional mobility
mindful movement exploration
vinyasa-style asana sequences
pranayama and guided meditation
This well-around approach supports lasting strength, active and passive flexibility, balance, focus, deep relaxation and, above all: the ability to let go.

Your Teacher: Gabrielle

Typical Class Structure
Each class begins with a moment of grounding on the mat, guided by pranayama and meditation, allowing the body and mind to settle into the practice.
A focused warm-up follows, combining asana sequencing and mobility to prepare the body and introduce the theme of the session.
From there, the class unfolds into a creative and dynamic vinyasa flow. Sequences may build progressively towards a peak posture or invite a broader exploration of movement, strength and awareness.
The practice gradually winds down with re-centring and counter-poses to restore balance in the body, before closing with a period of deep relaxation in savasana, supported by pranayama and meditation.
The studio offers:
~1-hour classes (adults, pregnancy and post-partum)
~30-minute mobility sessions
Dedicated pranayama practices

Discover what my students say
Thank you for our sessions. I am regaining trust in my body thanks to you, and above all I am able to clear my mind (and trust me, that’s not an easy thing to do). Your words and your guidance mean a great deal. You are deeply kind and truly attentive: you really listen, which is rare. Always hold on to that.

Thank you, Gabrielle, for your personalised guidance!
You helped me move into postures that once felt unreachable.
A huge thank you for your availability, your listening skills and your gentleness. You took the time to create specific workshops so
I could progress safely with real body awareness. Thank you!

A thousand (which will never be enough) thank-yous for bringing yoga into my daily life with such gentleness and consistency!
You can’t imagine how much my life has changed — even transformed: Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!!
I took your class yesterday afternoon and it was amazing! i
It really reflects my personal practice, so it suited me 200%!
It felt so good to be guided. I’m used to leading when I teach, but when I practise alone, I often forget to remind myself of the things I say in class — so this was truly brilliant!
