What kind of classes do you offer?

I offer in-person yoga classes across various studios, within companies, and through private sessions in Norwich, UK.
Each class lasts between 60 and 75 minutes and blends vinyasa, functional flow and mobility movements to create a dynamic and mindful practice.

My online studio allows you to practise freely, wherever you are (currently available in French only).

Inside the online studio, you will find themed 60-minute classes, focused 30-minute routines, prenatal and postnatal sessions, as well as deeply nourishing restorative yoga.

How do online memberships work?

To access the online studio, visit the “Online Studio” section and create an account if you do not already have one. This will give you access to your personal dashboard, where you can select the membership option and payment method that best suit you.

You may also access a class directly from the video library. You will be prompted to log in to your existing account or create one in order to activate your chosen membership.

You can choose from the following membership options:

Monthly Membership – Unlimited access for 30 days
Quarterly Membership – Unlimited access for 90 days
Six-Month Membership – Unlimited access for 180 days
Annual Membership – Unlimited access for 365 days

All memberships include full access to the complete video library and themed programmes.

What are the prices for in-person classes?

I offer two flexible class pass options:

5-Class Pass – £45
Valid for 8 weeks from the date of your first class.

10-Class Pass – £85
Valid for 16 weeks from the date of your first class.

These passes are ideal for those who wish to practise consistently while maintaining flexibility around their schedule.

Can I combine online and in-person classes?

Absolutely! You are welcome to hold a studio class pass while also being a member of the online studio. It is a wonderful way to support and deepen your practice according to your lifestyle and availability.

What happens if I don’t complete my class pass within the validity period?

Each pass has a fixed validity period (8 or 16 weeks, depending on the option selected). After this time, any unused classes will expire.

I encourage you to plan your sessions in advance to make the most of your pass. Please note that refunds or extensions cannot be offered.

Can I pause my online membership?

Memberships run for the full duration of the selected period.
While it is not possible to temporarily pause your membership, you may cancel the automatic renewal at any time
via your personal account.

Are the online classes suitable for beginners?

Yes, absolutely. The online studio has been thoughtfully designed to support practitioners at every stage, including complete beginners.

You will find guided sessions with clear instruction, accessible variations and progressive sequencing, allowing you to build confidence and strength at your own pace.

How do I book an in-person or private class?

Bookings are made directly via my website. Simply select your preferred time slot, choose your pass and confirm your booking online.

As class sizes are intentionally limited to ensure quality and attention, early booking is recommended.

How often are new classes added?

Two new classes (flows, peak posture practices, targeted routines, and more) are added to the platform each month.

Please note: this does not apply to prenatal and postnatal content.
